Cooking school at an organic farm at Siem Reap

On this half-day excursion to a cooking school, you will learn how to make Cambodian Khmer specialities and at the same time support the local organic farm where the cooking school is located. The farm is supported by the international organisation Agrisud, which works for economic prosperity in the agricultural sector by supporting small, family-owned farms.

You will be picked up from your hotel and start out by experiencing the morning rush at the local market with all its fresh produce. You continue to the organic farm where you will harvest and gather some of the vegetables to be used for today’s cooking. A skilled local chef takes you through the preparation of the specialities while explaining how the Cambodian culture influences its cuisine.

The tour naturally rounds off with you enjoying the delicious lunch that you have cooked. You will then be driven back to your hotel.
