The view across the verdant, rolling tea fields with the turquoise Indian Ocean in the background is absolutely phenomenal. The 4-star hotel Hikka Tranz by Cinnamona is located on the legendary Hikkaduwa beach, approx. 20 km from the historical harbour town of Galle.

The hotel is located right by the golden sands of Unawatuna beach, which borders a 1 km-long lagoon and is surrounded by gently waving palms, looking out over the Indian Ocean. The Discovery Channel actually named this the finest beach in the world in 2004.
