You cycle through villages to the charming little village of Tra Que. The village is located on the outskirts of Hoi An and is famous for its fragrant vegetables and herbs, which give the local Hoi An cuisine its own distinctive flavour. See the fields and hear a farmer tell you about the traditional methods of sowing, planting, nurturing and harvesting. If you feel like it, you can give him a hand. Then it’s time for a nice herbal foot bath.
Later, there will be a cookery class that will get your mouth watering. Many people consider the noodles in this region to be the best in the country.
The excursion rounds off with a nice lunch consisting of vegetables from the farm before cycling back to Hoi An.
The route is flat, making it suitable for most people.
Duration: around 6 hours
We recommend that you book the excursion from home, either when booking the tour or at least 3 weeks before departure if you want to be absolutely sure that there is space for you. The excursion can also be booked by the guide at the destination, subject to availability.
