Silver Waterfalls and Heaven’s Gate

You are picked up at your hotel in Sapa and drive for half an hour through some of the most gorgeous landscapes with incredible mountain views, until you finally reach the Silver Waterfall. The over 100-metre tall waterfall tumbles over the cliffs and crashes down into a number of pools, running further down towards the valley. There are walking paths and bridges, giving you a chance to get up close to the falls for that perfect shot. Midway through the trip you make a stop at a small local fruit market, where you can buy fresh fruit and perhaps enjoy a cup of tea with some local shoppers. From here the trip continues to Heaven’s Gate, which at 2047 metres above sea level is the highest passable road in Vietnam. Enjoy the view of the valley below you – and of Fansipan, towering above you in its glory. At the end of the day, you are back at the hotel.
